Have you followed the work of the movie “The Secret”, Wayne Dyer, Abraham, or other new-age leaders? Then you’ve probably tried “raising your vibration” to attract what you want into your life.

It’s a nifty concept: it suggests that we all have a vibrational level, which affects how quickly we attract what we want into our lives.

The higher your vibrational level, the more power you have to attract things. (For more information, check out any of books from Abraham)

And yet, one of the fastest ways to raise our vibration is usually overlooked: it’s sex.

In some circles, it’s politically incorrect to even suggest that sex might be a spiritual tool.

But sex is far more than “getting off.”

It’s also our ability to generate life energy (for ourselves or procreation), and to experience the highest vibration available to our being.

No matter how high your daily vibration, your moments of orgasm are probably the highest vibration available to your body in a given moment, especially when it’s coupled with Love.

Think about it … after a deeply satisfying sexual union with your partner, don’t you find yourself being more joyful, loving and empowered? These emotions are the very top of Abraham-Hicks’ Emotional Guidance Scale. And Number 2 is Passion.

The teachings of several spiritual paths advocate envisionining your deepest desires at the moment of orgasm. It brings a higher vibration to them, helping them to manifest more quickly.

This is also why it’s important to clean up your beliefs about sex. You bring your beliefs into the bedroom with you, and bring the power of your sexual energy to them. Imagine empowering a belief like “I’m a slut,” or “I’m a cad!”
